Every build starts with one conversation about your plot
Send us the location, roughly what you want it to do and when you want to be in it. We reply within two working days with a real view on whether a container home suits the site. The consultation is free, nothing is signed, and we will tell you if the answer is no.

07.1Inquiry
Tell us what you are working with
Seven fields. Two of them are required. The more you can say about the plot, the more useful the first reply will be.
07.2The yard
Built indoors, then craned onto your site
Every unit is stripped, framed, insulated and fitted out under cover in Portland, where the weather cannot slow the schedule or wet the insulation. It leaves on a truck finished, and lands on your foundations in a day.

Visits are by appointment only. Email or call first: the floor is a working shop with cranes, welders and open steel, and we need to know you are coming before you walk in.
07.3Quick answers
Ask the desk before you write anything
Four questions come in almost every day, and they all have numbers behind them rather than opinions. Ask here and you get those numbers straight away. Anything the desk cannot settle goes to the form above and gets a person.

Support
Yard desk
Yard desk here. Ask about cost, permits, off-grid kit or how long a build takes and you will get the real numbers, not a brochure. If a question genuinely needs a survey to answer, we will say so rather than guess.

Run the numbers before we speak
The calculator takes the unit, the site work and the permit fees and returns a range in about two minutes. Bring the output to the consultation and we will tell you which parts of it hold and which will move once we have seen the plot.
